Changes regarding COVID-19 preventive measures

Thank you for your continued patronage. Under the Infectious Disease Prevention Act, the national government has recently changed the classification of COVID-19 to a category five infectious disease, and Hokkaido Prefecture’s “New Hokkaido Style” guidelines are no longer in force. However, for the safety of our guests, our staff will continue to wear masks and sanitize their hands, as they have done to date.
